The scan is free. Nothing to refund.

Fix ($2,000 one-off)

• Before work starts: full refund, no questions asked. "Work starts" means the moment we begin the crawler audit — we tell you the date in writing before you pay, and again when we start.
• After work starts: no refund. The deliverables are custom to your domain and can't be resold or reused.
• If we miss the 14-day deadline for reasons that are our fault (not waiting on access or information from you), you can cancel the remaining work and we refund the portion not yet delivered, pro-rated against the five scope items.

Track ($299/mo)

Monthly, cancel any time. Cancelling stops the next charge; the current month is not pro-rated or refunded.

What we never refund for

We do not guarantee that any AI model will mention your brand, and we say so in every proposal. A model not mentioning you after the work is not a defect and is not grounds for a refund. You are paying for the work and the measurement.

How to request one

Email hello@getmentionrate.com from the address on file. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
