These terms cover your use of Mention Rate at getmentionrate.com ("the service"), operated by the operator listed on the contact page.
The free scan
The scan queries third-party AI models about a brand and domain you submit. Results reflect what those models returned at the time of the scan and will change over time. We provide them as-is, with no warranty of accuracy or completeness. You may run a scan only for a brand you own or are authorised to represent.
Fair use
- Up to 3 scans per day per user.
- No automated or bulk submission without written permission.
- No attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer or resell the service.
Paid work (Fix and Track)
Scope, price, timeline and exclusions for any paid engagement are defined in the written proposal you approve before payment. That proposal, together with these terms, is the agreement. We do not guarantee placement, ranking or mention in any AI model's output.
Intellectual property
Deliverables we produce for you (pages, schema, audits) are yours once paid in full. The scanning methodology, question set and report format remain ours.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Changes
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. Material changes affecting active paid work will be emailed to you.
